What helps us most
- Something is not working: the bank, what you did, and what you saw, such as the message on the page or the name of the check that failed. A row's page and line number help too.
- Please add my bank: the bank's name and the kind of account, for example personal checking or business checking.
- An idea: anything that would make PaperRows more useful to you.
Please do not paste anything from a statement, and never attach one. We do not need account numbers, amounts or transactions to look into a problem.
What happens to your message
When you press Send feedback, your browser sends what you typed in this form, and nothing else, to our server. Our server does not store it. It passes it to Resend, an email service, which delivers it to our team mailbox. If you give your email address, we use it only to reply to you. Our privacy policy explains how we keep messages.
